STEPS TO TAKE:
1. Email me at jazhobby@gmail.com with the item code. and your prefered local banks (POSB, UOB, OCBC) for the fund transfer.
2. You will receive a confirmation email from me with payment details and postage costs within 1-2 days.
3. Next, proceed to make payment within 3 working days of my email or orders will be release to others. Please also email me your transaction initials or relevant transaction reference number for my reference so I can trace your payment. This speeds up the process so you'll receive your order sooner. Thanks!
4. You will be notified by email when I send out your item(s), after I've received your payment. **NOTE**: Orders sent are not cancellable. So please email any queries you have before making your orders.

Length stated excludes the hook measurement.Handmade items are delicate and will have some variation. They won't be completely identical, but I will give my best effort so that they're pretty with minimal variations:). Wires can be adjusted slightly by hand or pliers.
